These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TOEFLPrep. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

TOEFLPrep is an online TOEFL preparation platform offering personalized study plans, simulated tests, and automated feedback on speaking and writing.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use TOEFLPrep for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use TOEFLPrep with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Subscriptions & Pricing

We offer a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription at $19/month for expanded access. We may adjust pricing at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe or, where available, by our local payment partners HesabPay and AtomaPay.

Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact us at support@toeflprep.ai within 7 days of your purchase or renewal charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• EU/UK/EEA customers — you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. By starting to use a paid feature immediately after purchase, you expressly request early access and acknowledge that you lose this separate withdrawal right once the content has been fully delivered; our 7-day money-back guarantee above still applies regardless.
• Australian customers — nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and our refund practices are subject to those guarantees.
• Outside the 7-day window — subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable, though if you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review your request.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access it
• Attempt to bypass any security measures
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific TOEFL score, institutional admission, or performance outcome. TOEFLPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS. TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or continuous, uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for failed payments. You may stop using TOEFLPrep at any time, which immediately ends your license.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TOEFLPrep after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
